Recent legislation was signed into law by President Obama that extends the duration of the ARRA COBRA Subsidy.  The timelines for implementing these changes are very tight, and action must be taken quickly to ensure that people who are entitled to the extended benefit are notified properly and that their COBRA benefits are properly administered.  This presentation will include discussions on:
